“Over the past five years I have been greatly influenced by the Ayurvedic approach to wellness and before that I was influenced over a few decades by the Japanese approach to balancing our body and our lifestyle. The Ayurvedic concept has taken that understanding further for me. I have also rekindled my past life as a photographer and my intention is to develop my art, my expression, my creativity. I usually participate in an annual exhibit at Pynelogs Cultural Centre during the summer and several exhibits at Kimberley’s Centre 64 Gallery.” ~ Jim
