Yoga Basics: Yoga 101 - An Introduction

Tuesdays • February 26 - April 2 • 11 am - 12:30 pm

New to Yoga? This beginner class introduces principles of alignment and breath work in a flow of postures linked together by the breath. Students will be introduced to yoga postures through step-by-step verbal description and demonstration. Emphasis is placed on student understanding, safety and stability within each pose.

Vinyasa Flow: All Levels
Thursdays • February 28 - April 4 • 11 am - 12:30 pm

A flowing class preparing you for the rest of your day, rejuvenating your body and mind. Vinyasa Yoga is almost like dance with synchronizing the movement with the breath from one pose to another. Each class will guide you through all aspects of asanas, backbends, forward bends, twists, inversions, and balancing poses.

$108 per series*
Includes 15% off any services from our spa menu AND spa access (aromatherapy steam room, private hot springs hot tub & the spa's changeroom facility) 

*Admission to the hot springs pools is an additional cost.

YING-YANG YOGA - MARCH 3, 2019, 6:00 - 7:30PM

This class is designed as a flow class, movement is inspired with breath. It begins with a heat building flow sequence, and ends with longer stretches and holds. Instructed by Ruth Delisle.

FULL MOON CHAKRA YOGA AND MEDITATION - MARCH 20, 2019, 7:30 - 9:00PM

Join us for our 5th full moon chakra yoga meditation series.  Speak your inner truth with the Throat Chakra-Vishuddha.

  • 60 minute yoga class followed by a guided meditation.

$25 per person
Instructed by Cailea Davis, Certified Athletic Therapist and Massage Practitioner
Participants should not feel limited by injury or restrictions. Modifications can be made. No experience needed.

  • Wednesday March 6 • 11:00am-12:30pm 
  • Sunday March 10 • 5:30-7:00pm
  • Wednesday March 20 • 11:00am-12:30pm
  • Sunday March 24 • 5:30pm-7:00pm
  • Full body ball rolling class
  • Myofascial release for tight muscles head to toe!
  • Access to our facility steam room and hot spring hot tub (locker, towels and robes provided) before class on Sundays and after class on Wednesdays
  • Ball roller provided for class and available for purchase
  • Wear comfortable clothing, bring a yoga mat if you have one, a water bottle and swim suit if you intend to steam or soak
  • Arrive 15 minutes early to gain access through main hot spring entrance
